Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of AILOS ("the Service"), operated by Avioro Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The service

AILOS provides a leadership-readiness diagnostic, a 12-week roadmap, interactive modules accessible through a Modules hub, decision modelers, an AI-powered coach, and a personal dashboard with a maturity gauge and vector progress tracking. The Service is provided for professional development purposes and may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or training data.
• Don't use the Service to harass others, share confidential third-party data, or violate any law.
• Don't share your account with others or resell access without written permission.
• Don't submit prompts intended to generate illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its modules, frameworks, diagnostic, and content, is owned by Avioro Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (diagnostic answers, modeler inputs, coach prompts), and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

5. Responsible use of AI features

AILOS includes AI-powered features (the Coach, modelers, and AI-assisted content) that generate output using probabilistic language models. Output is provided as guidance, not professional advice. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, or HR advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before acting on it. Do not rely on AILOS output for high-stakes decisions — including hiring, termination, regulatory, safety-critical, or legally binding matters — without independent human review. You are also responsible for the prompts you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input.

You must not use AI features to:

• Generate illegal, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content.
• Produce deepfakes, impersonation material, or content designed to deceive.
• Create malware, phishing material, or content that facilitates fraud.
• Attempt to jailbreak, bypass, or extract model safety controls.
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and suspend accounts for misuse, at our sole discretion.

6. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time via paddle.net.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days.

Where no statutory right applies, we may still offer a refund at our discretion.

8. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at the point of purchase and governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (see §6). Refund eligibility is described in §7.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service becomes commercially or legally impractical.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, reliable, or fit for your purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avioro Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: decisions made or actions taken in reliance on AI output, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avioro Solutions LLC against any third-party claims arising from your prompts, your reliance on AI output, your content, or your misuse of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
